According to the material classification:


1, pure molybdenum bar : molybdenum content is greater than 99.95%.


2, high temperature molybdenum rod (Mo La alloy bar): lanthanum 0.4~1.2%, molybdenum content in addition to the remaining impurities.


3, TZM molybdenum bar: 0.4~0.6Ti, 0.07~0.12Zr, 0.01~0.05C.


Classification by surface condition:


1, the surface of sintered molybdenum rods: silver gray metallic luster.


2, wrought molybdenum rod: the surface has a layer of oxide, the surface is black.


3, Che Guangmu stick: the surface of a metallic luster, roughness.


4, polished molybdenum rods: silver gray metallic luster, smooth surface, small size error.

Three. Methods for removal of oxide on the surface of molybdenum bars


1, molybdenum products with the characteristics of easy oxidation. To remove the severe oxide, with strong acid (nitric acid, hydrochloric acid fluoride, etc.), please pay attention to the operation.


2, the use of mild oxides add abrasive cleaning agent, with a soft cloth or sponge, etc., and then wash with warm water.
